Switching from Watts to Lumens
Traditional light bulbs are being phased
out and modern light technologies use
different amounts of power to achieve
the same amount of light . Instead of
referring to watts anymore, we now need
to measure and compare light in terms
of lumens.
GE’s halogen lamps look just the same
as traditional bulbs, with the same bright
quality light , but cut down on energy
consumption by up to 30%.
Available in standard candle, spherical
and reflector shapes, our lamps create
a stunning light , and can also be used
with dimming switches for a cosier
atmosphere.
