LED Lamps
Our technology has reached the stage where you can confidently replace old technology lamps with the
latest LED retrofit lamps for general lighting purposes. Sylvania LED lamps will deliver satisfied customers by
replacing incandescent and halogen lamps with LED, keeping the light level and comfort they are used to,
but achieving huge energy savings.
We manufacture LED lamps at Sylvania’s state-of-the-art facilities in Germany and Belgium, ensuring
European craftsmanship. The original halogen GU10 lamp was invented and first produced in our Tienen
factory. Our LED lamps share one unique Sylvania design, building on our heritage with the spiralised
reflectors used on halogen lamps. Our performance is best in class, making it easier to make the best choice
on the market and take no risks on safety or quality. LED lamps contain no mercury, no lead, and achieve up
to 90% energy savings, making them very environmentally friendly.
REFLED SUPERIA ES50
We invented the original halogen GU10 at our factory
in Belgium over 15 years ago. Today we continue to be
at the forefront of lamp innovation with breakthroughs
in LED. Products include the highly commended HI-SPOT
RefLED ES50 GU10 350lm,the first LED retrofit with the
power and size to directly replace a 50W halogen.
RefLED Coolfit MR16 575lm
Another world first from Sylvania, this packs an
industry-leading 575 useful lumens into a compact sized
lamp without need for unreliable and noisy cooling
fans. This makes it the first LED lamp, ever, to have both
the required luminous flux, size and excellent dimmer
compatibility to truly replace the 50W MR16 halogen
lamps.
This flagship product in the RefLED Coolfit range
features Sylvania’s Automatic Heat Control (AHC)
technology, allowing them to be self regulating to
control the heat generated by the LED – ensuring long
life and great energy saving benefits for end-users, even
in enclosed luminaires.
All lamps have a standard 2 year warranty but some
LED lamps have an extended warranty of 3 and 5 years
which is highlighted on each page
