Uniform functionality for DALI ECG for fluorescent lamps and DALI control gear for LED
Wide diversity of control options
OSRAM DALI ECGs for fluorescent lamps and OSRAM
DALI LED power supply ranging from standard push-
buttons or motion sensors and room-related DALI control
units to bus systems across complete buildings can be
controlled. DALI GII technology makes available many
useful and settable supplementary functions for users
over and above the DALI standard.
Uniform functionality
OSRAM DALI ECGs for fluorescent lamps and OSRAM
DALI LED control gear are controlled with the same
OSRAM controller. This provides uniform functionality for
DALI-controlled lighting installations. Users and system
integrators can set optimal functionality for specific
applications with the Building Management System (BMS)
or the OSRAM DALI Magic analysis tool. Communication
is implemented via the DALI interface and uses DALI-
compliant commands for setting the OSRAM-specific
functions.

Optimized for the DALI standard
OSRAM DALI control gear is not only used worldwide
but is also known and highly estimated for its optimal
compatibility with bus systems from established BMS
providers. They have functioned reliably and with maxi-
mum energy efficiency for many years in many large-scale
DALI systems with several ten thousands of OSRAM
DALI ECGs.

Direct connection to standard motion sensors
In addition to Touch DIM
®
operation, DALI GII electronic
control gear can be directly connected to standard
motion sensors. In such applications a preset luminous
flux time diagram is implemented with DALI GII control
gear. Users can also set their own individual luminous flux
time diagram here by using DALI Magic.
TOUCH DIM
Dim up to 20 DALI GII ECGs using standard
push-buttons
In addition to the operation of DALI ECGs on DALI
gateways and bus systems across buildings, simple
applications such as Touch DIM
®
operation with memory
functionality are also popular. The control of up to
20 DALI GII control units is via standard push-buttons.
